學校致力為學生營造一個多元學習的環境及平台，幫助學生培養各方面的能力，充份發揮他們的潛能。我們著力讓同學在成長中經歷學習的甘甜、失敗的磨練、進步的喜悅。透過學生親身參與，作出不同嘗試，從學習的過程和成果中獲得樂趣、滿足感。即使學生偶有失敗，也能了解自己的限制，調整後重新出發，鬥志變得頑強，更能突破自我。

不論是學業成績，還是品格培育，我們透過「正向教育」，發展學生個人品格的強項及建立正面情緒，培育他們正確的價值觀，如：良善、真摯、忠孝、仁義、誠信和友愛等，正如校訓中「崇德」、「尚藝」並存。

因著時代轉變，學校需要不斷求進、不斷創新、不斷突破。教師需把握機會突破固有思想，以科技融入教學，擴闊學習空間，提升教學的趣味及效能，令教學煥然一新。我們的學習不限於書本上，更應與生活結合，通過解決生活中的問題，將知識融會貫通，悉心栽培同學成為新一代的年青人，為日後投身社會作準備，從容面對未來人生路上的大小挑戰。

Education is not only the passing on of knowledge, but also empowering students to be up for challenges and prepare them for opportunities that lie ahead.

Our school is committed to creating a diverse learning environment and platform for students to develop their abilities and fully utilize their potential. We strive to let our students experience the fruits of learning, the tempering of failure and the joy of improvement. Through hands-on participation and multiple attempts, students gain satisfaction and enjoyment from the learning journey, which stimulate their motivation and lead to higher achievement. Even when students occasionally fail, they can understand their own limitations, adjust themselves and set off again, from which their perseverance and ability to breakthrough are also strengthened.

Through Positive Education, we develop students’ personal character strengths, build positive emotions and instill values, such as gentleness, sincerity, filial piety, benevolence, righteousness, integrity, affection, as well as many others. These benefit both students’ academic achievements and moral cultivation, which also echoes the School Motto of “praising virtues” and “perfecting disciplines”.

As time progresses, our school needs to constantly seek advancement, innovation and breakthroughs. Teachers have to seize the opportunity brought by technology to innovate teaching, broaden learning space and enhance teaching effectiveness, so as to take on an entirely new look of education. Learning should not be limited to books, but be integrated with life – through solving real-life problems, our students learn to apply their knowledge, skills and aptitudes, which can prepare them for future society and make the realisation of their aspirations possible.

With the love of Jesus Christ, we ignite the light of life to illuminate more children, leading them to the right way, just as how Jesus Lord set an example for His disciples. We believe that the school, equipped with the dedication of a professional team, firm beliefs and external resources, shall be able to develop sustainably, maintain our advantages, whilst embracing and creating opportunities.
