- 以基督教核心價值為基礎,透過全校參與模式推動生涯教育。
- 協助學生從體驗中探索自我(VASK:價值觀、態度、技能、知識),建立個人獨特的生涯故事。
- 培養學生具備面對未來升學與職場挑戰的能力與信心。
Aims of Careers and Life Planning Education
- Rooted in Christian values, our life planning education is delivered through a whole-school approach.
- We support students in discovering their unique life stories by helping them explore their values, attitudes, skills, and knowledge (VASK) through meaningful experiences.
- Our aim is to equip students with the confidence and capability to face future academic and career challenges.

01 營造有利環境,豐富學習經歷
- 舉辦大灣區職涯探索、AFS交流、升學體驗博覽會、內地及台灣升學講座等。
- 善用平台與視覺展示(如課室壁報、早會分享)呈現學生生涯發展歷程。
- 鼓勵學生參與HKYouth+、青年發展活動,擴闊視野與人際網絡。
01 Creating an Enabling Environment & Enriching Learning Experiences
- Organize career exploration visits to the Greater Bay Area, AFS exchange programmes, higher education expos, and talks on studying in Mainland China and Taiwan.
- Make effective use of platforms and visual displays (e.g. classroom boards, morning assemblies) to showcase students’ career development journeys.
- Encourage participation in HKYouth+ and youth development initiatives to broaden students’ horizons and social networks.




02 促進學習效能,培育「內在強項」
- 推行「標杆人生」計劃與「Goal Setting Walk the Talk」,強化目標設定與實踐。
- 全校推行「自學周」與「自學策略月」,提升學習技巧與反思能力。
- 深化師生面談,針對不同學習群組提供個別支援與追蹤。
02 Enhancing Learning Effectiveness & Developing Inner Strength
- Implement the “Benchmark Life – Walk the Talk” programme to strengthen goal-setting and follow-through.
- Launch “Self-directed Learning Week” and “Learning Strategy Month” across the school to improve study skills and reflective thinking.
- Deepen teacher-student mentoring, offering tailored support and follow-up for different learning groups.
03 培養共通能力與成長型思維
- 優化跨學科學習(如「思‧創‧好世界」計劃),結合義工體驗與社區交流。
- 發展專業學習社群,培訓老師建立共通能力縱向階梯。
- 強化學生表達、合作、資訊素養與就業能力。
03 Fostering Core Competencies & a Growth Mindset
- Enhance cross-curricular learning through initiatives like “Think & Create a Better World”, integrating volunteer work and community engagement.
- Develop professional learning communities and participate in the Skills Builder Partnership to build a progressive framework for core competencies.
- Strengthen students’ communication, collaboration, digital literacy, and employability skills.
