Promoting Learning and Teaching for the AI Era
學校為「中大賽馬會『智』為未來計劃」的全港六所先導學校之一，與大學教授共同設計適合中學生的 AI課程。學校更作為試點，將AI引入初中電腦課程，為計劃提供研究數據及教學回饋。學校亦設立全港首間「Microsoft AI Inno Lab」，讓學生從體驗中學習。
此外，學校積極鼓勵同學參與AI相關的比賽，例如「童擁AI CODING科技比賽」、「粵港澳大灣區 STEM AI挑戰賽」、「Master Code編程大賽」等，其中在Master Code編程大賽中同學憑著「校服儀容 100FUN」，獲得高中組冠軍。
再者，學校為優質教育基金主題網絡計劃(STEAM教育)統籌學校，與多間中小學連結成為教學網絡。透過舉行教師培訓工作坊，將AI概念分享給老師，並舉辦各種AI相關的比賽，例如「口罩佩戴 AI辨識裝置設計比賽」、「AI機械攻城戰」，進一步推動AI教育的普及。
Our school became one of the six pioneering schools in the CUHK Jockey Club AI for the Future Project, collaborating with university professors to develop AI courses suitable for secondary school students. As a pilot school, we introduced AI into its junior secondary computer curriculum, providing research data and pedagogical feedback for the programme. The school also established the first Microsoft AI Inno Lab to facilitate students' learning through hands-on experience.
In addition, the school actively encourages students to participate in AI-related competitions such as theChildren embracing AI CODING Technology Competition, the Greater Bay Area STEM AI Challenge, and theMaster Code. In particular, for Master Code, our students from the school won the championship in the high school category with the project School Dress Code100FUN.
Furthermore, through the Quality Education Fund Thematic Network (STEAM Education) Coordinator, the school connects with several primary and secondary schools to form a network of AI education. By organizing teacher training workshops, the school shares AI concepts with educators and holds various AI-related competitions such as the Mask-wearing AI Recognition Device Design Competition and the AI Mechanical Siege Battle. These initiatives aim to further promote the widespread adoption of AI education.
